Security updates arrive without warning. We install them in the maintenance window, quickly for critical vulnerabilities. Monitoring and maintenance
Protection software
Webroot on every computer and server. It watches behaviour, not just known malware, and stops programs that start encrypting files in bulk.
Access
Everyone gets as much access as they need, no more. People who leave lose their access instead of haunting the network. Two-factor sign-in wherever possible.
Microsoft 365
Whoever has the account has the mailbox, the files and the calendar. We secure Microsoft 365: second factor, sensible defaults, sharing kept in check.
Protection against malicious mail and scam attempts before they reach the inbox.
Firewall
The door between your network and the internet. We use UniFi, set up and maintained. Networks and servers
Hardening
Systems configured so that unnecessary doors are closed. We follow the recommendations of the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI).
Training
Short lessons against scam emails and fake invoices, for everyone in the business. €1.50 per person per month.
And if something does happen?
Then call us, straight away, even if it’s embarrassing. A clicked attachment is not the end of the world if it’s caught early. We take affected devices off the network, look at what happened, and bring back what the backup allows.
